The hotel is very nice and the staff very friendly and helpful. It is located on the east side of the island near a very small village.
Any visits to the west side of the island (the more popular side) require a drive up and down the serpantine road crossing the island's central mountains and takes more than an hour. That said: the east side of Naxos is beautiful and unspoiled - there are a number of fantastic beaches which are not overcrowded. Perfect for those who want to 'escape' and enjoy peace and quiet.
Agerino is a seafront resort located in Moutsouna. It has a cafe where you can enjoy breakfast and drinks overlooking the islands of Donousa and Amorgos.

Matina is a great hostess, very accommodating and hospitable. She had left a few things for breakfast on the day of our arrival and was kind enough to also give us eggs and tomatoes from her mum's garden a few days later. The house was very comfortable, bright and airy, and spotlessly clean. The property is located at the village of Koronos, far from the tourist crowds usually found in Chora and the west part of the island. The villages of the area have so far kept their authenticity and are very charming and calm.

We absolutely loved this place. Fantastic little village, perfect little house for two and such great touches like home made jam in the fridge, cool water, and ouzo! Can’t fault it and would definitely return. Communication fast and easy with the hosts and they gave us great recommendations. Thanks!

It was the perfect accommodation with everything we needed for the ideal self-catering vacation with 4 people on Naxos. A very nice house and ideally located for us in the middle of the island, so that we had almost the same length to each cardinal direction of the islands in car distance to explore new and unique dream beaches and bays every day.

The room was perfect for me and my friend. Our host was kind and helpful. The apartment was equipped with all the essentials plus some thoughtful extras. Georgia very graciously offered us a late check-out on our departure day because it was raining. That was a lovely gesture.

A lovely little fishing village. 2 tavernas with lovely food plus a bar cafe. All by the sea. Very friendly. An interesting place as it used to be a mining town for Emery stones which were exported all over the world. This ended in 1990 but there are still the workings and the locals are very proud to tell you all about it. In May it is very quiet and it was very nice for 4 days. 2 beaches nearby plus a cafe selling home made cakes, coffee, drinks etc and a mini market for all your essentials. We had a very enjoyable time in Moutsouna.

Moutsouna was such a Beautiful place! My stay was too short.
Moutsouna was such a Beautiful place! My stay was too short. I walked into town one day which was about a 20 minute walk. There were seaside restaurants and beaches along with history of the marble mining. The food at the Ostria Inn where I stayed was Amazing! The town was close enough for a nice walk with beautiful views and a few cute shops.

Moutsouna is just lovely.
Moutsouna is just lovely. Off the beaten track, but there are still 3 tavernas and a supermarket. The ast coast is quiet and worth exploring from Moutsouna, especially Kleidos beach and way down south in Panermos and the historic Acropolis. Take a walk north of the village as well.

I loves the few and the fact that is so close to the beach.
I loves the few and the fact that is so close to the beach. There are a few elements missing in the appartement that I was staying at. Like a showercurtain and a sofa. But besides that. The room looked new, and clean. The supermarket is really close. There are ofcourse a few downsides, like the fact that you kind of have to rent ancar to get there, and that the nearest ATM is half an hour away, but then you have to take the bus. But overal. It is a great appartement.
