We enjoyed our stay very much. Both the villa, location and the easily available support during our stay.
Much have been better than expected. Close to a small beach, possibility to just cross the street and jump in the ocean, close to a small supermarket, quite a few restaurants to choose from, parking nearby and fantastic outdoor/pool area.

The location is very close to the pier within walking distance. And, you can walk to Zora beach "Plaza beach" in 15 minutes and it is very quiet in the morning at 8 am. The house is neat and tidy. They have space for you to hang clothes or swimming gear. Very convenient.

This was the most beautiful villa we have ever stayed in! A real touch of luxury with everything thought of and real attention to detail. Ivana and her husband went out of their way to make our stay perfect and welcome us to Selca, even leaving treats on arrival and departure and fresh local produce during the week. Beautiful views and total relaxation.

Sumartin is a charming town with beautiful small beaches that are not overcrowded creating a serene atmosphere. However, it's essential to note that there is a lack of public restrooms and trash bins, which can be inconvenient for visitors.

The property has a very nice swimming pool and sun loungers, beautiful garden with patio furniture. Vedrana - the lovely warmhearted lady at the reception, was extremely hospitable, amiable, friendly, and helpful. Balconies on both sides mean you really do get a panoramic view. The apartment is really spacious, beautifully presented and scrupulously clean. There were so many thoughtful touches in the house that made our stay so comfortable. The pool and outside area is a dream. I couldn't have enjoyed my stay more. We had excellent communication with our host. The house is up on a hill above the little town of Sumartin. Just be prepared that the roads are narrow with stone walls on either side.DevineGermany

Everything was almost brand new and clean, the kitchen is great, the shower luxury and the bed most comfortable (especially with AC in the bedroom). But the most stunning thing was the huge balcony with this fantastic view! Amazing! You can go into the water right across the house and there is also a small beach closeby. Loved it. For info, there are 3 floors by stairs and the villa is on the top of the village (7 minutes by walk). As a suggestion, add some kitchenware (only one pan).
