Staying at this wonderful hotel made our vacation in Japan just perfect. The hotel has everything you need for a calm and relaxing holiday: private beach, pool, jacuzzi in the room and free drinks and snacks in the afternoon. Furthermore you can rent bikes and snorkeling equipement for free. The breakfast was diverse with japenese and continental food. The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood with many great restaurants reachable within walking distance. The staff was very kind and friendly. We would definitely recommend this place.

It was close to the venue of the wedding we attended to.
It had big beds, spacious bathroom, the vibe of the place and the host.

A great location in between the bustle of Naha/Chatan and some of the major attractions up north. The area is a good mix of traditional Okinawan culture and modern tourist expectations. There are a lot of great places to eat—Minami sushi, Mainichi Shokudo, Obbligato, Sabroso—satisfying both conservative and adventurous eaters. You definitely need a car as things are spread out and some of the boutique hotels that have recently started popping up are usually tucked in hard to access areas.

If you are not prepared wisely, it will be hard to:
1. get around
2. finding appropriate information about the local sights
3. access to local restaurants
4. no people to be seen on the street, no taxis either
5. beach is good, but surroundings and welcome by locals is very rare and limited. Would not recommend for travellers who never been to Asia, Japan or have difficulties in organising their own days.
The facilities and rooms were clean and well kept. The meals were a bit pricey compared to food out in town, but were excellent and wait times were minimal. The main restaurants are all kid friendly, so they will have a variety of food and high chairs to allow families with younger children to enjoy the hotel.
Staff were always willing to help with any issues and beyond friendly and welcoming. Every employee we interacted with spoke fluent English and were willing to have a simple conversation in Japanese with my wife.
The CondHotel is very clean and modern, and the staff is down to earth and friendly. It is in the middle of a residential area, so you get a nice feel for what it's like to live in Yomitan. The room is a good size with a refrig/freezer, microwave, rice cooker, single cooking plate, plates and utensils. Amenities like shampoo and soap are in the reception area if you forgot to bring your own (eco friendly). The price was extremely reasonable for the quality of the hotel. I would definitely stay there again.
Very convenient location. 5’ from bus stop. 2 minutes from Marudai which is a great supermarket for ready to eat food. They have great selection of sashimi, sushi and other dishes for take out.
Many good restaurants are nearby.
The sunset view can be seen from the hotel.
The room are spacious and well-equipped.
The GM was so helpful, he timely responses to my messages with his limited English.
This property is located on an amazing secluded beach in Yomitan (personally the best part of the island). The breakfast was made to order with care and thoughtfulness to include special meals for the kids. We had the best experience even despite this being a same-day booking they did everything to accommodate our family's needs to include free SUP rentals after checkout.
Designer hotel right in the middle of Yomitan. Hard to find but worth discovering. Modern living right out of an architectural magazine with a private roof-top space to view the ocean in the distance. Wish we could have stayed longer. Washing machine and fully equipped kitchen came in handy. Staff responded quickly to inquiries.
This hotel is really aiming toward being an excellent all-inclusive resort for families. It's very child friendly. The pool is excellent and there are more pools to come. There are arts and crafts, too. The bath is excellent. The rooms were safe, clean, and comfortable for families. The buffets had the best doughnuts ever!
It’s a basic studio-like apartment (not sure why it’s called Hotel…) in a quiet area where we could cook, do our laundry and relax. A car is necessary! The beautiful sights of Cape Zampa and Zakimi castle are nearby.
There is no elevator so if you have heavy luggage, you may want to ask for a first-floor room.
great location and wonderful view . the rooms were big and well appointed . would have loved if they had chargers in the room but that’s ok .
the staff is very efficient I would highly recommend this hotel
A quiet Yomitan hotel with a fantastic Okinawan culture experience. Breakfast was delicious with a verity of tradition dishes. The view was a beautiful rural farming area adjacent to the East China Sea.
The hotel is wonderful and full of nature! The owners are truly kind and always available for any questions. There is a washing machine and dryer available! All appliances were new and working well.
Great location, right on the main road, easy to locate. Well-lit and cheerful facade, the hotel felt quite upscale and the staff were very polite and responsive. We had a short but peasant stay.
The owner was extremely nice and professional. He made my 16 day stay very comfortable and easy. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone that needs a safe and comfortable place to stay.
Lovely place in the peaceful village of Yomitan. The bikes are free to use and the owner prepares a delicious breakfast every morning. I couldn't have asked for more.
