Wow, what a place. Probably the best hotel I have stayed in. The layout is exciting and like a small village in itself, the rooms are decorated with great taste and true authenticity of the area and the view to the old fortress and mountains is enchanting.
We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were super helpful and polite. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant on the terrace, had a great breakfast and also enjoyed the pools and spa.
The town is small and easy to explore from the hotel. I’d recommend wandering around the old fortress.

The location is very good.
The location is very good. Sea is 800 m away, central square 400 m, bus station 300 m, railway station 400 m. The apartment was clean and tidy with everything you need, comfortable bed and mattress, air conditioner. The hosts offer free beach umbrellas and blankets for sleeping on the beach. The apartment has internet, there is a smart box with which you can connect your smart devices to the big TV screen. Unfortunately, the hosts have also had negative experiences , so a security deposit was required before arrival, which was then returned to us.AliaLatvia - 8.0Scored 8.0

Bar is an interesting city, not only a touristic, but also a harbour one. You can meet some exotic people here, and some exotic wares at shops' shelves. Most of the city is composed of private houses, therefore it sprawls quite wide, 10+ km along the coast line. Bar is second largest town in Crna Gora. With opportunity for major redevelopment over recent decades, the centre has been well planned with an eye to "green" environment. The same may not be said of the suburbs where there is pressure to intensify building. The railway and bus stations are on the edge of town - the railway forming a boundary crossed by bridges to the suburbs beyond. The docks and port are well separated from the town centre. Some local public transport exists but seems fairly sparse - fares are cheap. This is a human-scale town for which a mental map could be easily developed within a few days.AlanIreland

Spectacular view from the terrace - both seaside view and mountain view. Amazing hosts - a couple - shared advice on what to see and where to go in Bar and surroundings. The apartment has a parking lot and a big fridge which is rare in such apartments. We really enjoyed the BBQ area in the yard next to the children playground. The property is situated in a more private location then most of the rest of the hotels and accommodations which we really liked, it was still an easy walking distance to the main area with bars and restaurants. Breakfast was great! When we left we were gifted some Olive Oil and a magnet to remember our stay which was a lovely touch. Again, the staff was excellent!

The bathroom is AMAZING. it looks like the bathroom you can find in a 4-star hotel. I am NOT joking. By the way the hostel is nearby the train station that can takes you to the Skadar lake ' s entrance for a very very low fare. Guys don't hesitate go there. you won't find a better deal in Bar/Montenegro

It overlooks the old town of Bar, even from the outside pool. The restaurant is very good and if you have the right staff, you're visit will be a great one. The spa was very nice for a short stay (Finnish Sauna, Steamroom, relax room and indoor pool). The treatments are not the cheapest, but the experience is amazing!
