We really loved staying here. It was so unique and cozy. The bed area was so nice and comfortable.There was everything we needed, plus a fantastic welcome basket filled with amazing local treats. Our favorite was the chocolate bar , soooo good ! We didn’t get the chance to meet the host but super responsive and friendly. This by far was one of our favorite accommodations from trip.

Furnished very comfortably. Kitchen stocked with basic essentials; nice grocery store about 5 to 10 min drive. We were able to prepare a nice dinner. The showers with multiple shower heads were nice. The Lampay Chalets is a bit of a misnomer as it should be called the coral beach residence of your dreams. Don’t tolerate any substitutes as this lovely location has it all—great location, beautiful view, super practical living conditions and fantastic hosts. If you like animals then you will be even more in heaven—don’t like animals (what’s your problem?) then you can just ignore the wonderful chickens, geese, ducks and pigs all out to pasture between the residence and the cliffs down to the water. Our time here was a highlight of our time in Scotland and you won’t go wrong to select Lampay Chalets for you visit—in fact, the longer the better. We stayed three nights and we wish we had stayed longer. What a dream!
