Placed in a 20,000-m2 garden with trees and flowers, Kostantakis Winery is located 250 metres from Polychroni Beach. The property was In walking distance to local town and restaurants. The property has a wonderful winery tasting event. The breakfast was good and lots of varied items!!

The apartment was perfect for our group of four. It was cute and clean and the outdoor space was perfect for enjoying a glass of wine in the evenings. We only stayed two nights but would have liked to stay longer. The host gave us some great tips for exploring the island. I would absolutely recommend!

This is such an amazing place with a super kind villa owner, and we will definitely come back here for the next time. The villa owner was so welcoming and kindly provided many supports. A variety of home appliances was equipped so that we didn’t have to go out to eat or to have coffee. The beds were spacious and comfortable with clean bedding. Interior was so lovely. Further, the beach in front of this villa was very private, so we could enjoy swimming and walking. Wi-Fi speed was also great. It might be a bit pricey compared to other accommodations in Milos, but worth visiting here!

Wonderful experience, you are literally on the shoreline. We were there in early May and most of the time had the whole beach for ourselves, it was kind of a Robinson Crusoe feeling with a luxury twist. Unlike most other syrmata in Milos, which are located in fishermen villages with pebble beaches, this one is located on a beautiful sandy beach with just a couple of neighbouring syrmatas, giving you a special secluded feeling. The syrma is very well equipped, beds are very comfortable with nice linings, very nice details all over the place. And our host was very kind and friendly, had exquisite treats for us and helped us promptly with a special request. Thank you Errika, we would really love to come back!

Location, location, location! This type of property, a traditional syrma house, was such an authentic experience on one of the most beautiful islands of Greece! We were lucky enough to spend 4 nights enjoying the most gorgeous sunsets with the hypnotic lapping of the ocean all night, it was truly a dream. We visited many fisherman villages around the island & loved the sandy beach below our unit where I picked up frosty sea glass each morning with coffee. Our lovely, gracious & most personable host Natalia has remodeled this property to provide for every amenity you can need in such a cozy space. She met us at the port where we collected our car, necessary for this area, then grabbed a quick bite before she led us to the property. I’d say we are more independent adventurous travelers & I’d highly recommend this stay to anyone with great mobility as it is very hilly with uneven sidewalks, consider your balance & stamina. If you are up to it, you are in for the treat of a lifetime!!

This place is absolutely incredible and by far one of the best homes we’ve stayed in. So unique and different to anywhere else you might stay on the island and truly your own private and remote oasis. The hosts were so attentive, responsive and thoughtful - helping us to get our luggage to the house and stocking the pantry and fridge full of snacks and treats for us and including snorkelling gear, towels and toiletries - everything you need is in the house. Don’t hesitate to book here if you’re in doubt - it will be an experience to remember. We will definitely be back!

She also gave us a lot of recommendations + Location is very close to the famous Sarakiniko Beach + There is only one other Room/Apartment at the location with 50m distance, so it is very calm and peaceful + Bathroom is nicely renovated and clean with a washing machine
