The property is surprisingly close to the ski slopes and very close to the bus stop that runs every 30min. There is a room to put all your ski gear and heat/dry your ski boots to be ready in the morning as well as an infrared sauna to help with muscle aces and pains. Mikaela, our host, was very friendly and extremely helpful. She suggested slopes for us to go on each morning as we had a group of people with different experience levels and she never disappointed with her suggestions. We had the most amazing stay it felt very homely and welcoming!

For anyone without a car, it is a considerable walk - the return is uphill - if you want to go to centre of town to eat etc. But as nothing is really open, one eats at the hotel. If arriving by train, they offer a shuttle; much appreciated. But the trade off is the quiet, and, from the front rooms, the view. Breakfast could not be faulted.

Also if like good apres ski, the famous Crazy Kangeroo & Mooserwirt bars are not even 5mins walk away. Fantastic spa which we used every evening, modern, with a luxurious feel. Staff were friendly & accommodating. Very important to me, apartment was very clean.

Good breakfast with lots of choice and a lovely afternoon tea served everyday. We loved relaxing in the sauna, steam room and pool after skiing every day. Great facilities. Hand-made Easter decorations throughout the hotel were totally charming. A homely family-run hotel full of rustic alpine charm, we enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend without hesitation.
