The location between gardens and golf but really close to Perth was perfect . The hotel has an old fashioned flair but in a nice way. We loved it . The staff was nice and helpful. We had a room with garden view that was great .

The room was smaller than expected, but the large bathroom had a large, mulitperson, if needed, shower, which was most enjoyable. The peacefull retaurant gave a good aspect over the park(lands), which in it self was comfortable. The quayity of the food was surprisingly good, which given that i was entianing a friend to dinner, was a relief!. Brealfast was also good.

The food was exceptional from dinner to the breakfast. There was a choice of continental breakfast items or cooked breakfast items. Am planning a return trip already.
