Wonderful place. The owner is incredibly friendly and was there to welcome us. She was always available to answer questions. The apartment was very clean, looked after, and cosy. There is place to sit outside too. It's a very quiet location but close to shops and a couple of restaurants within walking distance. More restaurants available within a 5-10 minute drive. The pool was also fantastic, and cleaned every day.

Luigi and his wife are exceptional hosts. Nothing is too much trouble. The home cooked food is delicious and the choice for breakfast is superb. I am gluten intolerant and every effort was made to cater for me. We had the attic room which was spacious and spotlessly clean, although low ceilings would not suit taller guests. Beautiful location in the Tuscan hills, within easy walking distance of Buggiani Castello, Colle di Castello and Massa.

The first 300m you need to walk on a road without sidewalk, We had very spacious apartment, which was clean and equipped with everything what we needed. We could easily park on a private parking on the grounds of the property. The place has nice restaurant with magnificent wines from own production.

Cristiana continually went above and beyond to meet all of our needs, including booking local restaurants for us (to overcome our lack of Italian) and providing delicious local wine. She's really thought of everything you might need to feel truly at home. Plus, the help-yourself breakfast - complete with fresh eggs from her chickens - was great. We loved our time here.

The living room and the hallway are decorated with interesting paintings and sculptures collected by the owners, who lived next door. The hosts were really nice, responsive, and helpful. They provided us with mosquito incense and repellants when we arrived, seeing us suffer from a few bites. The villa is about 15' from Pescia, 1h from Florence, 50' from Pisa by car. There's a village shop about 10' away on foot.
