It was an absolute delight to stay at Mooiplaas, even for one night. We were warmly greeted by Janine who took the time for a nice chat. The estate is beautiful, the wine is delicious and we felt like we were traveling back in time, staying in the very large room with old-timey furniture, a high ceiling and all in all just a lovely charm. Vakker liten vingård med fantastisk utsikt fra restauranten. Vi bodde ute blant vinrankene i et stort luftig, rent og komfortabelt rom. Den lille turen opp til restauranten var hyggelig og spa kan anbefales! Maten i restauranten var smakfull og god! Gå ikke glipp av vinsmaking. De har utrolig gode viner.

Only stayed for one night but it was amazing! Rooms, breakfast, quietness, environment... Many thanks too to Solomon for all the help as we checked in late. Highly recommended!

The coffee was amazing and the staff were super friendly. We stayed here for two weeks and our stay was great throughout, we were even sad to leave. The location is also perfect, close to Stellenbosch and many fabulous wine farms but nice and quiet and not in a city.
