Casa de CAMPO HUAKA HUASY is situated in Cachí and offers a garden and a terrace. This property offers access to a balcony and free private parking. I'm glad I was there on a clear night; it's a place you can see all the stars from. This is a very spacious and well-appointed cottage in a super-serene location. Woke up to probably the best Andes vista I found during my time in Salta. It's a very cute getaway with a lot of character, sheep and dogs on the property, and the hosts were friendly, flexible and accommodating. Wish I stayed longer.

Posada de las Viñas is a 3-star property situated in Tolombón. This country house features free private parking and a concierge service. It's located in a vineyard, with beautiful views of the mountain and of the valley, 20 min driving from Cafayate. As you can imagine, it is a very quiet area, you will only hear birds and the wind at night and that was amazing. We found the entire place clean and comfortable. The fact that check-in is allowed until late was also a plus, as the drive from Cachi took longer than expected. Gustavo was a nice host, he had a lot of patience with my struggling Spanish. We had dinner and wine there, which were both delicious and had the unexpected pleasure of listening to an ad hoc guitar concert from our talented host and one his guests. That evening was truly the highlight of our trip in Notheast Argentina and we will always remember it :)

Casa de Campo La Paya is located in Cachí. The guest house provides an Argentinian restaurant as well as free WiFi. Towels and bed linen are featured in the guest house. The place is absolutely gorgeous, every single area picturesque, warm, inviting and beautifully designed (yet it felt natural).

Boasting a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and views of pool, Finca La Secundina is a country house set in a historic building in Salta, 14 km from Salta Convention Center. This was only meant to be somewhere to stop for a night before continuing our road trip, but we were pleasantly surprised. Beautiful gardens, lovely large rooms, great staff. We had dinner which was well made and plentiful. It was so relaxing, we had a few hours by the pool. Lots of tranquil places in the gardens. Highly recommended

Boasting spa facilities, an outdoor swimming pool and a garden, House of Jasmines Relais & Châteaux offers chic décor, in a quiet area 12 km off Salta City. The gardens and surrounding area, with the birds and wildlife were so beautiful and wonderful to relax in. Breakfast was very good, a wide choice of freshly cooked options as well as cereals, sweet pastries and cakes, juices and a variety of teas and coffees, served in the beautiful dining room. Dinner was always delicious, with locally sourced produce and superb wine. The staff were extremely kind and very helpful in organising trips and transfers.

At this colonial style ranch house with elegant furnishings and an outdoor swimming pool, guests can enjoy a massage session or horse riding trip just a 20-minute ride from Salta City. I like everything of my stay there. The garden of the finca, the decoration of the different aereas, the service !!!
