It was all very elegant and luxurious place and we enjoyed staying at Terramia Estate a lot. Exellent quality. Plus stunning views, lots of birds and very quiet and romantic. Hot water in bathroom. Comfortable big bed with very soft linen. Definitely worth the price.

It’s hard to put into words how much we loved this place. Alix and Brice are absolutely amazing hosts, we ate like royalty, the animals will steal your heart, the views are spectacular and the rivers around the property were absolutely stunning. We originally chose this place because it was close to tayrona but ended up not even going because we couldn’t bring ourselves to leave !

We had the most wonderful time at this hidden paradise. The staff is super nice, the food is great and the views are breathtaking. While having breakfast you can watch the peacocks and colibris. The rooms are super comfortable, clean and the balcony invites you to relax. We can highly recommend a stay here.

Posada la Ofelia is situated in El Trompito, 31 km from Santa Marta. There is a restaurant and guests can have fun at the games room. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property. We loved our stay in Posada la Ofelia.✨ It’s the perfect place to stay if you’re planning to visit tayrona park and some beaches nearby. Since the place is really in the middle of the jungle, we saw lots of animals, while hiking to the posada and in the posada itself. (we didn’t see animals in tayrona park btw) Also, food is just amazing! We had dinner everynight in the house. Best meals we had during our trip. Offering an outdoor swimming pool and river view, Las Cabañas del Rio is situated in Minca, 18 km from Quinta de San Pedro Alejandrino and 21 km from Santa Marta Gold Museum. Everything. The staff, I had a little accident outside so they were attentive to my necessities, always had a great attitude. Everything was really nice. The breakfast was delicious!!

Buritaca House is set in Buritaca. The air-conditioned accommodation is 2 km from Playa Buritaca. The country house has family rooms. We loved our stay here. Very clean room and room service was very fast and the food was delicious. Deymer the manager was very accommodating. I had left my passport in my room after I left for Santa Marta and he organised a taxi to drop it to my new hostel. Excellent stay at Buricata Hostel and I would definitely recommend. Also, free coffee!
