The hostess was exceptional and shared lots of history, the grounds are fantastic, quiet and the home-cooked breakfast was one of the better meals I've had in weeks. The age and beauty of this place was enchanting.

Fantastic location, exceeded our expectations. Beautiful river running along the gardens. The air conditioning was a godsend on a hot weekend, and the cooked breakfast was great. High chance we will be back at some point

Absolutely beautiful building/accommodation, set in a lovely estate that has everything you coulld possibly need. The whole experience felt cosy, clean and relaxing. The beds were super comfy, the living space was pleasant, but the biggest highlight was the hot tub! Exactly what myself and my family (and doggies!) needed out of a mini-break away for my Dad's 60th Birthday. The hosts themselves were lovely and attentive. The young gentlemen in particular who showed us to the accommodation was most helpful and welcoming. And thank you so much to the gentlemen (I think, Ian?) who came round on our last evening to let us know that no one was checking in next day and we could take our time in the morning :) definitely didn't want to leave!

Had everything u need for a great weekend. Local farm shop and restaurant on the side with friendly staff. Definitely will be back again!

Luxury Four Bed Country House With Hot Tub - Woodchurch near to Ashford se nachází v destinaci Ashford, v oblasti, kde se můžete věnovat pěší turistice. A beautifully presented house with excellent features and fittings in a quiet location. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped and could easily cater for cooking for our large family. The adjoining dining area was a bonus with plenty of comfortable chairs and large table. The lounge was spacious and homely with large sofas and additional bean bag seating. The whole house felt welcoming and warm. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom fitted out to a high standard. On 3 mornings we awoke to deer grazing in the field at the back of the house and pheasants also visited during our stay. Our hosts were very helpful in all communications promptly replying to any questions. We arrived to 2 beautifully decorated Christmas trees and a load of delicious Christmas goodies. Thoroughly recommend Rainford House. We would love to return in the summer to make better use of the extensive grounds. Thank you Sue and Tim for a wonderful stay at Rainford House.

Set in the grounds of the spectacular Leeds Castle in Kent, this property offers a free entry to the castle (subject to availabilities) and its grounds as part of their stay. Nádherné místo v zahradách hradu Leeds. Pokoje jsou opravdu krásné, docela velké a pohodlné. V ceně je možnost návštěvy hradu což jsme využili. Být v areálu hradu i po odchodu návštěvníků je úžasné a má to krásnou atmosféru. Určitě se zde ubytujeme znovu a všem vřele doporučuji.
