Sadly we are only staying for one night. We have a nice view from our room, and even a surprising sunset view from the toilet! We had dinner before heading to the hotel, but I instantly regretted it because the menu looks attractive and you could sit outside and look at the great view. The breakfast was very nice as well.

Each morning, we were greeted with a sumptuous breakfast that catered to all tastes, featuring fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. The room was beautifully appointed, with attention to detail that ensured a luxurious and restful experience. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the views from our window were picturesque, offering a serene backdrop to our stay. The location was ideal for exploring the natural beauty of the Lake District, with easy access to roads, trails and lakes. Tarn Hows was close by and simply quintessentially English countryside at its best! What truly set this B&B apart was the genuine care and hospitality of the hosts. Our 3-night stay was very heavenly and relaxing. Pleasureable walking experience from village to village. Highly recommended for a 3~ 5 day Lake District experience.

It was the perfect little getaway! Mark and Helena went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, giving us advice on where to eat and walk. Our room was comfortable and cosy. The gardens and surrounding area was beautiful, with easy access to Rydal lake. Couldn't recommend enough!

Ees Wyke Country House is an elegant Georgian property in the Lake District, less than 3 miles from the town of Hawkshead. We had a great time staying here. The owner was so warm welcome and pay attention to every single details that their guests can be notice. All the set up and decoration is very precise and professional. We would definitely come back here again with our family and we’re willing to recommend this place to anyone to stay here. And Thank you for giving us the best experience while we’re in UK.

Amidst the scenery of the Lake District, this family-run bed and breakfast provides rooms with free Wi-Fi and views of the fells. The property was clean, nicely maintained and decorated. Felt like home as soon as we stepped in. The dining room is brilliant with the view. The host is very friendly and welcoming.
