immaculate inside and out, good location, with on site parking for two cars. we stayed mid week and found it very around the property and very private. lovely little garden with seating area. A plus for this property is that you didn’t have to bring anything for cleaning with everything provided and a added bonus. a lovely box of goodies and a bottle to welcome you.

It was very close to the town. Very clean . Good value for money. Our room looked onto the main road but there wasn't much traffic through the night so we weren't disturbed

Grimsby has the docks, cleethorpes the sandy beach, the people are lovely beautiful on the inside and outside. Despite the people and areas there being destroyed by labour/eu and lots of propaganda and slander to make people think its better in London, I can clearly see its much better x100000000 than London. The yt vids are pure bs, grimsby and cleethorpes is not full of homeless and crime, you want a true British sea side experience then cleethorpes is the place!

Love Cleethorpes, plenty to do ,has a small zoo, boating lake ,MC Donald's, cinema, plenty of shops and walks, market, amusements , bars and fish shops. We love it. lots of open space dogs cannot go on the beech between April and september. but now is fine.
On bus route for Grimsby to all the shops there.
There's a discovery centre, mini railway and the smallest pub in the UK.
Paddling pool , leisure centre with wave micheen . We only stayed one night, but it was beautiful.

Cleethorpes is a typical small seaside town, the beach is huge with decent sand, the whole sea side area can be viewed in an hour or so there is nothing really distinctive about it but it's OK for a day out and a bit of seaside fun.

Nice place, not the best surroundings, but we enjoyed our overnight stay. The hotel, The Bays on Clees Road was unclean and smelled of dust and cigarettes. The owner, Landlady was very friendly, so difficult to give a negative update, but these are important things that guests, traveller's need to know as our stay wasn't cheap at£70.00 room only.

We found Cleethorpes just right for a short stay.
We found Cleethorpes just right for a short stay. The beaches were clean and safe. Pleasant walking along the prom.
Loads of Amusements for the kids.
We would go for a two or three night break again.
We stayed at The Burlington Hotel in Feb 2024, and we absolutely loved our stay there. The room was very clean and met up with our standards. The location is also fantastic and easily accessible, it is right across the beachside. There are pretty good restaurants around the area for lunch/dinner. The breakfast was included in our stay, and there were quite a few options to choose from. The staff were also really nice and helpful. Overall, I highly recommend staying here and you won't be disappointed!
Having stayed in many hotels and B&Bs I can honestly say Ginnys is up there with the best of them. Great hosts, great comfortable room, very clean, and the breakfast was superb, I always judge by would I stay again well I can definitely say that when I need to stay in Cleethorpes Ginnys will be my first port of call, highly recommended. Merry Christmas to Kim and Francis great stay thank you.
Cheap and cheerful was good for the price we paid . Very nice staff good food we got buy one get one free breakfast so was £4.79 for two and in the evening we got two beef burger meals for a tenna drinks was good price too booked again for April as I think best value to stay for one night in cleethorpes and we got free parking also for two days
Beautiful stay, very well decorated bedrooms! Maria was a fabulous host! Nothing was to much trouble, gave us lots of ideas about what to do around Cleethorpes. Delicious breakfast one of the best B&B’s we have stayed in & we have stayed in a lot!
If your looking for a lovely stay right next to the seafront then this is the place for you!
Perfectly positioned for a concert at the parkway cinema. Bus stops outside and only £1 pp into the centre of cleethorpes. Room was big. Perfectly adequate but not luxury. The pub below is great. Breakfasts cheap and plentiful. The room was quiet and the bed comfy so we got a good night's sleep
We stayed at the dovedale hotel which incorporates the dolphin rooms . Loved the location, food and staff were so helpful. My husband who is profoundly deaf was so delighted when they did a Buck’s Fizz breakfast for his birthday. Would stay there every time now . Well done to all thanks
Being in a beautiful place with a very cheap price I thought that it was a great deal but after coming over and actually staying it was astounding, very clean way to good for the price amazing owner Debbie quiet room. Slept like a baby
The friendliest Hotel I’ve stayed in for some time.
Jo and her partner were so helpful and she cooks a mean breakfast.
I will always book at this b&b when I next visit Cleethorpes and would recommend any one else to do the same
Absolutely fantastic hotel. staff were fantastic the room was amazing our only concern was the breakfast cost. But apart from that it is by far and the way the best hotel we’ve stayed in cleethorpes nice one keep it up
Couldn't fault The Burlington Hotel, had a lovely ground floor room. The hotel is only a couple of minutes walk from the seafront.and had car parking, although limited we managed to get a space.
Very nice, very clean property. Situated in a great location in Cleethorpes - not too far away from local amenities and not too close. Breakfast was lovely, a very nice fry up.
The easy self check in & out . Location was perfect for getting to Cleethorpes seafront .
The quality of the furnishings decor was better than we expected for the price .
