The location above all. The cleanliness of the place overall ( the eating area, the room and the pool area). The enormous choice of goods at breakfast time. The owners Paolo & Simona. Very customer conscious and always helping out. The view all around and the quietness of the place.

I love the historical aspects of this medieval town.
I love the historical aspects of this medieval town. It is full of traditions and food is great. Most people are very charming and interesting and cultured. I would recommend a visit to this historical gem!! Also most of the osteria served home cooked meals and the prices were very reasonable considering we are in Italy. I found it affordable. La cantina or il Grosso and Troncos and most places I ate well

Gorgeous industrial chic brand new & modem facility exceptionally well appointed, very spacious and comfortable. Massive deck, beautiful communal areas for relaxing inside, out and on rooftop with self-serve beverage facilities. Breakfast was varied and extensive, in house but sharing a kitchen with the trattoria next door I think. Would be a perfect base for group rides to explore beautiful Massa Marittima and the countryside and coast. Restaurants and bustling nightlife in Massa, a few minutes away are terrific.
Excellent, spacious apartement, fully equiped. Airco (there was no need to use it), heating, indoor/outdoor tables. Marvelous pool. All this located in the vineyard/oil tree plantation (Sedici wines are nice). Massa Marittima is in hiking distance (~25 mins upwards). Hosts are nice and helpful both at home and at their wine shop at the main square of Massa Marittima. We had a really great week here. I can only recommend Le Sedici.
excellent agriturism at the feet of the hill where Massa Marittima, oneof the gems of South Tuscany, is. The city is reachable by walk in 20 minutes if you do not mind walking up hill....
Tha agriturism has a lovely garden and swimming pool, staff is super friendly, breakfast (= magnified Italian breakfast) is excellent. Rooms are air contained, which you need in summer in this part of Tuscany. Fridge is available in the room
This is perfection. It is new, clean and comfortable. The fully-equipped kitchen area had everything necessary to cook with. It is in a good location, just down from the main bus stop and a quick walk down (literally) into town, but away from the busyness of the central restaurants and bars. Nearby are two fascinating museums in the old church. The hosts are really friendly and helpful.
The staff (owner?) was wonderful. She was very friendly and efficient. The room was clean and bright. The decor was uncluttered, and a nice mix of modern and vintage. The B and B was near the centro storico/historic center - a 3 min walk, and we were able to park near the B and B easily for free. The owner let us store our luggage for a few hours after checkout.
The hosts are very kind, helpful, gave us great suggestions on things to do and see, they are genuine and all in all great people. The house is located in a farytale-like location in the middle of beautiful forest, but still close enough to Massa Marittima, nice medieval town, and the coast. Definitely one of the best booking experiences.
A very well located hotel with superb views of the sea and countryside from our large balcony. The staff were great- always friendly and helpful. There was no charge for the pool which was a great place to relax after seeing the town ( 10 minutes walk). We loved Massa Maritima !
We were on a roadtrip and found last minute this beautiful hotel. It's calm, the pool is overviewing the Tuscan fields & Estefania & partner were great hosts! This is the perfect place to relax. The houses are really spacious and clean, I regret only staying a short time here.
Wonderfully peaceful and clean accom.
Perfect to access the picturesque town of Massa Marittima and its excellent Resteraunt's.
Staff were wonderful and were 5 *star in assisting in our onward travel preparations.
Would certainly recommend Hotel Girifalco .

We stayed here to attend a wedding at the nearby convento de montepozzali. It was very convenient and the apartments were very nice and clean. Perfect for our family. They have a nice pool and a trampoline and basketball hoop for the kids. Great experience.
Beautiful room! Historic look completely updated with modern amenities. Quiet night. Well equipped kitchen. Very helpful and friendly host. Wish we had stayed longer. Will pick Casa Aurora next time we visit Massa Marittima.
Beautiful setting among olive trees and vineyards. Wish I had more than just one night there. Really close to Massa Marittima which is an underappreciated gem of Tuscany. Bought some olive oil from the place - so good !
We enjoyed the stay very much. The swimming pool is fantastic. The host was very kind and helpful. Great location - very quiet place, beautiful beaches within a 30-minutes drive. Massa Marittima is worth a visit.
The location (a short drive to Massa Marittima) is good, lovely Tuscan views.
The 3 pools are nice - be aware that no towels are provided/available to use the pools
Breakfast was good and the server very friendly and attentive. The hotel is at the top of the hill town near a quiet little park with a view of farm country and hills.
Beautiful pools - particularly useful for little ones - and lush garden with gorgeous views. Well equipped and spotlessly clean apartment. The lake nearby was idyllic
Remarkably knowledgeable and helpful staff in a nice, well located hotel. Massa Marittima is a charming city. Very good breakfast and WiFi. A repeat stay for us.
