For twenty years, I have chosen to stay in Treviso as a base whilst visiting this part of Italy. It is my favourite walled city, and the canals flowing through it add to its uniqueness. It's location, ease of transport to the other northern cities of Italy (including, of course, Venice) and atmosphere, bars, restaurants and shops make it THE place to stay.PaulUnited Kingdom - 6.0Scored 6.0

A small town , not much to do. 2-3 days is more then enough to visit downtown. There is a good connection between treviso central and Venice , the train takes only 30 minutes. The bad : more foreigners on the street then italian people , looked like there is a big fugitive camp.SteveNetherlands - 10Scored 10

Situated in the Old Town center, and 15 min walk from the train station, it gives you big choice of restaurants, cafes and shops. The room was fantastic, new, fully equipped, the hosts met us no matter we arrive one hour earlier than expected and check in. Clean room and bathroom. I absolutely 1000% recommend this property, after a 10 day stay in Italy and many much expensive accommodation changes. This was absolutely the best!AlexanderBulgaria

The room was big and clean and the view from the balcony very nice. The breakfast is so diverse and you can choose from a big variety of foods from eggs, sausages, cutlery to sweets and fruits. The location is also great, as you have both the train station and the bus station within 5 minutes walk. The Treviso airport is very close - just 10 minutes drive (15 if it's rush hour).
