Featuring a two Michelin star restaurant and a stunning spa, the luxury Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London overlooks Hyde Park and Knightsbridge. It is a beautiful hotel. The room was clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent and close to Harrods and a tube station. The staff and doormen were friendly and helpful. We were provided with complementary champagne and a cake was provided for my husband's birthday.

To start, the staff were amazing, made me very relaxed and comfortable, i wish i could remember names to thank them all here!, when checking in i was allowed to the room at 11:50am, something i did not expect at all.. the Hotel's location is super amazing, its 200m away from HARRODS and 200m away fro the HYDE PARK!

Great location and fabulous staff. We found our room a bit small for all the luggage we had and they very quickly helped us to move to a larger room. It’s located right by harrods with plenty of lovely restaurants and bars in walking distance.
