This was my 4th times staying here and my girlfriends first, as always the westin did not disappoint, accommodated us on a last minute booking and also accommodate all our needs for our new born. I was very happy with the location of the hotel as it is within walking distance of many restaurants and shops and also Grand Central Station. The property has a lot of character and charm. I loved how each room has a specific collection of books. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I changed rooms in the middle of my stay and they were very happy to accommodate me. I enjoyed the 24 hour reading room where I was able to enjoy refreshments. The rooftop bar was also a great place to have a drink and enjoy the majesty of Manhattan.
