The property was nicely separated from Cortina, half way up the adjacent mountain. This made for spectacular views. Each night we had an amazing sunset over “Cinque Torre”. The staff was enthusiastic and helpful with questions even though there was a language barrier (he did not speak much English). There were donkeys, horses and other animals grazing during our stay. The included breakfast was good. Assorted meats, cheese, baked goods, fruit, and hot drinks.

The mountain backdrop made for a quintessential Dolomites scene. The room was clean, spacious and bright, with a lovely patio overlooking a meadow where the animals roamed. The WiFi worked great. The staff were all very pleasant and welcoming. The breakfast was good Parking is easy, free, and plentiful.

The quality of the house and the room we have stayed was of very high standard and met the idea of Alpine chalet. Very comfortable bed.
