Lovely stay at l'aira ecchia - ospitalità rurale. Roberta & Antonio (the owners) are incredibly friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay. More than willing to help with recommendations. The rooms are recently built, spacious, and clean with updated bathroom with walk-in shower. There is a nice outside terrace where we enjoyed breakfast each morning. The breakfast is more food than you could ever want, of course, all delicious. The B&B is conveniently located just outside of Lecce. An easy drive into the town, less than 10 minutes and then you are within walking distance to old town (cars prohibited). Also easy to get to other places in Salento (eg Gallipoli, Ortanto). When we left, we felt like we were saying goodbye to family. HIGHLY recommend staying here on your visit to Lecce.

Our room was large with a large private terrace that overlooked the pool. It was clean, quiet, comfortable and well laid out. The pool area is well maintained and a comfortable place to relax. The restaurant has good food and the service is excellent. If you have a car the location is perfect for exploring the area and we often went into Lecce for dinner and to enjoy the nightlife.

From the warm welcome from Angela upon arriving, to the delicious and beautiful breakfasts in the garden, to the fabulous pool during a heat wave, great recommendations for sights and restaurants, and to all of the staff working to make our stay as comfortable as possible when one of us fell ill, I can’t say enough good things about staying here!

Excellent breakfast, specially prepared according to guest wishes, with homemade preserves and delicious cake. It was a dream vacation. Patrizia and Sandro, great experts of the history and culture of the region, introduced us and made us enjoy the beauties of LECCE and sorroundings.

This is a very good place to explore Lecce area. Rooms are simple but clean and with everything you need. The highlight of this place is the restaurant where we had amazing breakfast and dinner. The owner put together a great team and we felt at all times very well taken care of. We would like to return in the summer. Many thanks!

The setting of this location is great. Beside the location the restaurant is more than great. It was one of the best restaurants we visited during our vacation. The food is great and the staff is very nice. Besides that the setting of the restaurant is absolutely lovely. Our flight was leate in the evening and we could also have a late checkout and extra lunch in the restaurant. Looking forward to come back at this wnderful plase. A place that you can see as Magic in the Lecce area.
