Very happy with our choice the Oberkapillhof. Spotless facilities, that had everything we needed. Renovated bathroom with heated floor. Johanna and her daughter Elisa were so friendly and helpful. We loved that we could walk to the cable car to get down the mountain rather than always taking out car. We also loved walking into town for pizza one night and cooked in the fully stocked kitchen the other two nights. We took a hike one day up to Leander Alm for lunch through the woods. This location is close to Merano, where we went to see castles and visited a winery too! The air was very fresh - very nice to sit out on the patio even when it rained a bit. Absolutely appreciated that Johanna was able to wash out clothes since we’d been hiking for a week on Alta Via 2.
