The building was very charming and Golfredo was very gracious in explaining its historical significance (he gave us a small tour). This is a wonderful familly owned establishment and everyone is welcoming, even the playful dog. The breakfast was amazing (with local products). Finally, Golfredo recommended the meat restaurant up the block, which was phenomenal.

An absolute gem! Gisella is a wonderful host, and Dian the dog is a sweetheart! I felt very much at home. The rooms are light and spacious, with a very comfortable bed and vreat shower. Breakfast is served in the kitchen or outside and is one of the best I’ve had! the garden is amazing and I m really looking forward returning for some more time!

beautiful grounds , perfectly maintained , great breakfast amazing service . had a hot water issue for 3 days .. owner did all in his power to get it done quickly , it ended up being a bigger issue than anticipated .. They provided us another room facility to be able to shower and discounted the room for those days . so , they handled the situation very respectfully .

We loved everything about Masseria San Nicola! The rooms, the breakfast and the grounds we absolutely wonderful. We visited during May and we had the place all to ourselves! The location was perfect and very close to other towns including Monopoli and Polignano a Mare for day trips.
