CaselPiano is in a very good location for visiting Orvieto or surrounding areas as it was very easy to get to. Serena and Simone are wonderful people that made us feel at home and like old friends. They were very accommodating with our schedule, too. We had to leave early the next day to catch our flight out, so Serena packed breakfast for us to eat on the way. That is just one indication of the type of people they are and the type of people we like to associate with. Staying at a farmhouse is more than just comfortable beds and clean bathrooms, and Serena and Simone showed how genuine and caring they are. We highly recommend this place and will be back to see our new friends again.

Exceptionally special place and hosts. A main highlight of our three weeks in Italy. Quick and personalized taxi rides to the town center and local winery made staying outside of center well worth it. Grateful to whole team.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Vespina. The accommodation is an a beautiful and peaceful location, surrounded by hills. The rooms was very pretty, very clean and tidy. We felt like home as Margherita is a great host and she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was fantastic!

Amazing place, run by a young couple. The location is quiet. The views are picture perfect. Kids will love the turtles that roam the garden freely and Krueger the young cocker spaniel. We wish we could stay longer.

Everthing was spotless and elegant. My wife and I were fascinated by the property. It was a 45 minute drive from Orvieto, should be made while still light, but was a beautiful drive through the Italian countryside. Our Deluxe Double room was comfortable and spacious. The bed was comfortable and there were gorgeous views from our room and the property. We arrived in time for a complementary wine tasting. Dinner was 33 euros and was worth it. Complimentary breakfast was very nice. We would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful grounds. Unit is very clean and spacious. Pool was very clean and refreshing especially during a time of high heat. Beautiful collection of farm antiques and well maintained flowers throughout the property.

Locanda Rosati is a beautiful villa in a beautiful location but what sets it apart are the people. Our host Giampiero was charming and extremely helpful. He suggested we visit Civita di Bagnoregio and arranged a taxi for us. It turned out to be a magical place, definitely worth a visit. Francesca and Alessandra were super helpful and friendly, arranged taxis to Orvieto as we didn’t have a car and helped with anything else we needed. One day we stayed in and even though they don’t serve lunch when we asked what our options were Francesca made us an mazing lunch. Overall we couldn’t be happier with Locanda Rosati mainly because of the exceptional people.
