Very nice, modern and well thought-out accommodation. Rooms are more like a hotel in style than a 'traditional' Agroturismo. Great hospitality and service from Arianna who seems rightly proud and enthusiastic about her business. Buffet breakfast was generous and excellent - a real bonus point for staying here. There are only seven rooms which were all occupied for our visit in October. Our room was very comfortable and spacious with good storage, a small fridge, kettle and excellent bathroom. The heating system is modern and very efficient. The room lighting was a little bright, but we did not find this to be a problem. Soundproofing appeared to be very good. Having direct access to the garden from our room with a small table and chairs outside was great, especially as we were traveling with our dog (who was warmly welcomed and without additional charge). The Agroturismo is in a quiet area, with a very nice setting and views. There is ample parking. Note however that the location shown on the Booking.com map as at October 2021 is wrong - the Agroturismo is quite a bit further outside Riva del Garda centre than the map indicates. I would recommend putting the address into a mapping website or look at their own website to decide if the location suits you. It's about a 5 minute drive into the town but not really walkable (although there are free bikes available to use). We actually liked the location and found it to be very convenient for accessing the roads that bypass Riva centre to reach places like Tenno and Arco, but we did miss being able to walk into Riva any time (I do think this is reflected in the price that Agroturismo De Bas charges). All in all, we wish Arianna all the very best for her Agroturismo and we'd be very pleased to visit again in the future.

Love in the detail, modern & the most friendly and caring owner! The breakfast is sooo good! Almost everything self made and regional! The big garden area with the pool and beautiful view is really nice! Bikes also can be locked.

Beautiful view! Gorgeous property. Very large and extremely clean rooms and property. Plenty of storage. We walked around Riva del Garda, but it was so nice to be able to return to the peace and space at Maso Tobel. The property is truly beautiful. The patio space is very large. The owners take pride in the place and it shows. 10/10 would recommend.

All ground floor apartments have a patio with lush green grass and olive trees. This was the most impressive feature of this place, at least for us. Our small country style room was spotless, had a mini-fridge, and enough space for our luggage. The bathroom had a window facing the inner courtyard, which has a lovely fountain and a relaxing waterfall sound if you leave the window open during the night. The property is large and has a lovely garden, swimming pool, and playground for children. There is also a picnic place with a barbecue and table football. The breakfast was good, containing a decent variety of foods to suit different tastes, although not as extensive as those offered in hotels. The owners are very friendly and easy-going, and are fond of dogs, which is important to us as we have one. We will certainly be back!

The place is really nice, everything looks new. We had a really big apartment completely equipped. Breakfast was perfect! Freshly baked bread and pastries. You could also get a plate of freshly cut cheese and cold meat. One of us had a gluten free diet and they also had freshly baked options, just perfect! In the afternoon they left some sweet snacks for all guests. They really took care of all details. There are restaurants at 2-5min walking distance from the property. Many things to do and enjoy walking,by bike or taking short car trips (Riva del Garda, Arco, Torbole, Lago di Tenno, etc).

Old fashioned but we liked it this way. Owners (father and two sons) are very friendly and easy going. Location is in between lake Garda and small but beautiful lake Tenno.
