The bonus was that we were allowed to take our two Ridgebacks with us, and they had the best time walking tracks and in and out of the bush. Facilities were very good, fully stocked kitchen, comfy rooms. We spent most our time on the terrace overlooking the farm and mountains, and of course the pond in front of us. The kitchen has everything you need and everything has been thought of down to the smallest detail. The rooms are stunning and so are the bathrooms. There is a hot tub and even a pickleball court with the mountains in the backdrop. Restaurants are close by as well as lovely wine farms like Springfield estate. We can highly recommend staying here

It was wonderful to experience the farm life and walk around. Great mountain views too. Jikkie was really a great host and we were warmly welcomed on arrival. Our room was so lovely. The bed was very comfortable and warm on a rather chilly evening. Also, the little extras, like the bottle of wine, sweets and biscuits, were so nice. That was such a special touch. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would love to go back.
