Set 49 km from Country Club Casino, Drumreagh Cabins offers accommodation with a patio, as well as a garden and a terrace. Absolutely stunning cabin. Very cozy & clean. It's too bad we couldn't stay longer, next time I'd book it for 3 nights at least!

Set on a lovely property featuring a vineyard, olive grove and river, Taras Richmond Farmstay offers country-style accommodation with free breakfast and free WiFi. LOVED IT! From driving down the well maintained farm track, to the warm welcome, to the animals, to the banter, to the breakfasts! Kim and Sharon are lovely hosts, and are passionate about what they do, where they live and the animals (farm and domestic) they share their lives with. They are also very easy to chat to. The unit we stayed in was perfect - and immaculately clean. The bed linen was hotel standard. The breakfast is delivered at a time between 7:30 and 8:30, and consists of warm, freshly baked bread, homemade jam, yoghurt, cereal, fresh fruit, juice, plunger coffee granules, and, if you are lucky, freshly laid chicken eggs (you cook them how you like them). I can't wait to recommend, and to revisit. The only negative comment is that I didn't get to see the new 'home' for their duck, known as Thousand Dollar Duck! A new pond was being installed for it. ☺️😂

Featuring a barbecue, Shearers' Quarters Rathmore offers pet-friendly accommodation in Hollow Tree. Free private parking is available on site. Enjoy a cup of tea from your terrace or balcony. Had a wonderful few nights at Rathmore. Call generously upgraded us to the Cottage so our little family could have some more space. Cottage is great for kids. Easy under an hour drive up to Maydena to ride. Shearers quarters would be a great location for a group as well. Beautiful property and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. Thank you!

Offering a wood fireplace and views of the orchard and gardens, Elvenhome Farm is a unique farm stay experience. It offers an educational experience to guests. We loved everything and our kids too. Remote enough to feel away from civilization and close enough to all the necessary things and places to visit (Cradle Mountain Park, wildlife sanctuaries…). The orchards, the farm animals, the wonderful welcome from Graham and Kathleen. We just regret not spending more time on the farm.

Situated in Mount Rumney and only 13 km from Theatre Royal, Mount Rumney Escapes - 1h Haven Horse House features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. The cabin is equipped with a full kitchen including a gas stove and a full size refrigerator. It’s clean, extremely comfortable and super quiet. Wi-Fi was banging! the views from Mt Rumney are spectacular. Now having said all of that remember that you are staying on a farm. There are animals and all the stuff needed to take care of them so you may see a pile of fencing material or farm equipment. I’ve stayed in cottages in the middle of vineyards that weren’t half as comfortable, welcoming and worth the value as this property. I arrived early and the host welcomed me with no issues. If you want a great place to stay without all the fru-fru I would highly recommend this property.

Featuring a garden and views of mountain, Cherry Top Farmstay - Boutique Eco Village is a farm stay situated in a historic building in Lilydale, 26 km from Launceston Tramway Museum. A comfortable home away from home in stunning surroundings. Welcoming hosts and everything you need catered for. I am a return visitor because I haven't found better and the value is amazing.
