In the middle of nowhere...which was just what we wanted! Waking to the sound of cows wanting their breakfast was lovely, as was the sunset on Saturday ( Sunday was raining and miserable, but guess they cant arrange the weather for us!) Top tip for a lovely pub meal on Sat too at The Royal Oak. All made for a lovely couple of evenings escape ....whilst we were cleaning and clearing a house all weekend! ( Freestanding bath was a bonus!)

I received a warm welcome from Dawn, the proprietor. The room was very clean, fairly large and had a great view across a lawn full of flowers, and in a distance, the historic market town of Dolgellau. The bathroom was also very clean, and everything worked well. There was a complimentary breakfast with a large variety of cereals, toast, and a selection of hot beverages and cold fruit juices. There was no cooked breakfast, as had been stated in the booking information. I would love to come and stay again.

The house was a rustic, traditional, North-Walian farmhouse in a superb location. It felt rural and peaceful yet it was only a 5 minute drive from facilities in Bala. A great base for sight-seeing in Gwynedd. We would definitely return.
Fantastic location, absolutely stunning views and perfect for a peaceful get away. Loved the rustic and vintage vibes of the farm house, privacy around the home and seclusion. Great for large groups and families, kitchen is very well equipped and extra fridge freezer also available. Richard is usually around for anything extra you may need and helpful. Perfect location near town centre, Pontcysyllte Aqueduct and Canal, horseshoe falls, castell dinas & river Dee
scenery was amazing modern feel within a rustic barn conversion welcome pack was good and communication was brilliant with helping find the location and arriving at the cottage
Excellent position on the Conwy valley. Farmhouse quaint - good views. Breakfast team fabulous and lovely choices.
Excellent location and beautifully presented farmhouse. The breakfast was to die for and the staff friendly and very helpful.
The farmhouse was so spacious and had everything we needed. We stayed during one of the hottest weekends of the year and the farmhouse stayed nice a cool inside, perfect for our dog. The garden was absolutely beautiful, it gave us so much space to enjoy the weather and the views from it were just incredible.
a lovely farm stay. little treats were left (cookies, brownies, eggs and milk which was lovely )
Everything. Such a beautiful farmhouse and very spacious. Lovely views and very peaceful. The owners had left us a brilliant torch and lantern to use, which I thought was a nice touch, and some delicious biscuits. A little stream at the side of the property was nice too. Very rural area. Two bathrooms made life easier and the downstairs bedroom was lovely and handy.
The inside is well decorated and well presented with a modern farm house feel to it. The property is secluded and whilst it was attached the hosts house and had a caravan park close by you wouldn’t have known it, It was very quiet during our stay. The hot tub was a really nice addition that felt private when we were in it. Being at the house really felt like home even though we were only there for a short time. We’ll definitely be coming back.
