An exceedingly kind host in a beautiful location with a one-of-a-kind view just an hour's drive from Rome. The food was amazing and the rooms comfortable. The host even walked our fussy baby around the restaurant for us so we could eat breakfast together for the first time in months!

Everything - a perfect stay, one of our best ever holidays! Simply the best stay we have had! (..and I have stayed all over Europe in some very highly starred hotels) From the start a relaxed family feel. Gianni and Monica are wonderful , kind and attentive. Nothing is too much trouble, the property has everything, felt fully relaxed in a peaceful area with lots for our daughter Elizabeth to do. Free to almost treat everything as your own with some wonderful meals cooked by Monica too. It was in the end difficult to leave (with a box of freshly picked plums for the journey supplied by Gianni!) Wished we had stayed for longer - will be back. Thank you so much Gianni and Monica, made our holiday in Italy very special!

At first I wasn’t sure whether to book here but it exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was really clean and had everything needed. We were given a lot of breakfast items (just like in their photos) which we snacked on even days later. The highlight of our stay was the private patio outside our room which offers a beautiful view at sunrise. I’m not sure whether the room was what we originally booked or if we were given an upgrade. Make sure to book the room with the patio (it’s worth paying more). And also make sure to wake up early to see the sunrise. I promise you its worth it 😍 The accommodation also has sheep and it was so nice spending some time with them before checking out ❤️ I also really appreciated how they take recycling seriously. However, just a tip to the owner… it would be better to have shared recycling bins instead of having them in every room to reduce plastic waste. But other than that, thank you for being mindful of the environment!

Beautiful, very clean, tasteful and thoughtfully decorated room, peaceful place and really nice host. We absolutely loved our stay.

Santa Lucia Maccarese - Residenza Agricola asub Maccareses ning pakub ainult täiskasvanutele mõeldud majutust koos vabaõhuvanni ja baariga. Everything including the breakfast was superb. The only issue with the property is the transportation from the Rome airport. The taxis don’t want to take fares that don’t go into Rome. The hotel offered an $85 Euro taxi fare that is quite excessive. The return from the property to the airport was $40 euros - not unreasonable, but the taxi driver vaped and texted the whole way to the airport, making us feel quite uncomfortable.

The couple that manages the property were very nice and accommodating. They help us host a beautiful dinner for our extended family in the area...and the food...especially the products they produce on the farm...was delicious.
