A great country-side getaway; quiet and lovely, surrounded by gardens and friendly pets/animals (chickens, cats, dogs). Vitor was an informative and generous host, who told us about the history of the house, made us tea fresh from the garden, and showed us two pathways, each to a different and gorgeous beach.

The Herdade do Sardanito da Frente also has an orchard. Absolute surprise. We were just killing time and looking for a convenient location as we were on the road. It was an absolutely beautiful property set on a working farm, secluded but close to town and utterly quiet. We weren't prepared for the beauty of the place and the comfort of the room, or the full breakfast with any option you could imagine. The staff was remarkably friendly, as I should say everyone we talked with in Portugal.

The apartment is spacious and cozy. Kitchen has everything you need, bed is very comfortable, bathroom is huge and as the whole place beautifully furnished and the patio with access to the garden is out of this world. On top of all this we received fresh bread in the morning from the owners.
