I took my fiancé (then girlfriend) away for the weekend with the intention of proposing. I got in contact with the reserve and told them about my plans and requested them to assist with the set-up. They took us out on a private game drive whilst the staff was preparing a breakfast spot at the view point. Everyone assisted and overshot expectations. Apart from the lengths they went to to make the moment special, the whole weekend was amazing. The staff is exceptionally friendly and one feels at home. I would definitely recommend Summerplace for a weekend break away.

I was not sure what to expect when I booked and it exceeded all my expectations. The house is beautiful. The lady receiving us was very friendly. We felt like home, in the evening they made a fire for us. It was lovely to have a glass of wine there.

Boschoek Farm homstead er með 4 svefnherbergja bóndabæ og 1 svefnherbergja íbúð sem er staðsett í innan við 19 km fjarlægð frá Tzaneen. Njóttu þess að vera á lárperunni og Macadamia-hnetubúinu. We love staying in the Macadamia n Avocado farm but you must have your own transport

Woolly Bugger Farm er staðsett í hinum friðsæla Tonteldoos-dal, á 270 hektara bóndabæ með 1 Trout-stíflu og 1 Bass/Carp-stíflu. A superb experience. We WILL be back and also stay longer :-)

Silver Mist Resort er staðsett í Haenertsburg, aðeins 2,8 km frá Long Tom-minnisvarðanum og býður upp á gistirými með útsýni yfir vatnið, ókeypis WiFi og ókeypis einkabílastæði. Location was good. Views excellent. Firewood provided. Inside fireplace an added bonus as at the end of May the nights were getting colder.

Mon Repos Guest Farm er staðsett við R101, í innan við 10 km fjarlægð frá Bela-Bela. Það býður upp á útisundlaug, garð og bar. Waterberg Zipline Adventures er í 3 km fjarlægð. What we enjoyed the most was the friendliness and hospitality of Johan and Rina. We were even invited to their personal home to watch Johan feed his impala and bush buck. Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and breakfasts were fantastic.

Lakeview Cottages er staðsett í Haenertsburg, í innan við 5,6 km fjarlægð frá Long Tom-minnisvarðanum og 13 km frá Woodbush-skóginum en það býður upp á gistirými með garði ásamt ókeypis einkabílastæði... It's a little piece of paradise. We felt so welcomed and well looked after by the owner and Charl. We love everything they did at the cottage and the beautiful garden. All the details are being taken care of. It's a pity we only stayed for one night this time but we will surely return to enjoy the garden and play with the dogs.

We LOVED everything - the location, the accommodation, the peace and quiet. It was a home-away-from-home - even the resident dogs adopted us and followed our children everywhere they went on the farm.
