This beautifully designed and cosily furnished cottage is an absolute gem! You can enjoy the amazing view into nature from inside through the big windows, from the big porch or - and this was our big highlight - from the fire-heated hot tub. At night you can watch the stars sitting in the hot tub with nothing but nature around. It is simply beautiful and a great place to calm down, relax and enjoy the quiet away from all street noise. Since it is entirely off the grid, it is not affected by loadshedding. We’d highly recommend taking a factory tour in the olive oil factory with Allison while there. Both Allison and Francis are very welcoming, friendly and caring hosts. If we ever make it back to South Africa, the trip up to the farm with this special cottage will be a must on the itenerary!

Kim and Stan are such great hosts. Kim even helped us with our laundry as the laundries were closed over the week-end Kim was great at giving us some tips for our stay. We loved the area. Would definitely come back

Excellent host and extremely helpful. The staff were excellent and helpful. Nonnetjies is a great bungalow to choose from (we saw Parent and Baby owl right next to the stoop) The warm water dip pool is excellent and clean with enough firewood to keep it roaringly hot!
