The suite was very clean and immaculately presented. It had everything that we needed and we greatly enjoyed our stay. We loved the house and the grounds which are clearly very well looked after. Dogs are more than welcome and catered for with treats and blankets. The property was very easy to find and the private parking was useful. Having a discount at The Good Sport pub was a bonus.

Unfortunately it rained for the two days we were there, so we spent alot of time in our lovely room and bath. So nice. Breakfast was wonderful. A nice respite in the middle of a busy trip.

The breakfast was superb. Beautiful nutritious options served individually. The fruit smoothie was delicious. Also there were little sweet treats left out in the evening to have with a cuppa. Homemade treats. Big thanks to Amanda for her beautiful cooking. The bed was very comfortable. Service was terrific. Mark even helped carry our bags up and down the steps.

Stayed in the Penthouse, top floor with a private outside terrace which is nearly as big as the room… great for the dog and if we had had better weather, for us too! Beds and pillows are very comfortable. It was very quiet during my stay. The staff were very friendly and gave good tips for hiking paths. Great location. I cannot recommend it enough.
