Beutiful rooms with very nice pool, very clean, comfortable, the small fridge was very handy too. Breakfast was good and staff including the owner was always there to answer any questions. They are very nice people. I actually canceled my trip to Sanur at the end of my Bali trip and will return here instead.

Spacious room. Quiet neighbourhood, eventhough its close to the main road. Lovely nice and helpfull host. Organized scooter rental for us aswell. Lots of plants and trees at the outside area. Small but deep and refreshing pool. Water refill station. Good breakfast, even with porridge or oats and joghurt available. Bathroom with proper ventilation system.

Manuh and his wife are such kind souls. They are two of the best hosts I have had during my travels. It is rare to immediately feel so comfortable, at home, and taken care of and they did just that. I only stayed 2 nights but had some lovely conversations with the two of them and would love to stay again someday. The property is nestled away from the chaos in downtown Uluwatu, but Manuh will allow you to rent a motorbike (for a good price) and it’s not far. Cheap local food nearby as well and Green Bowl beach (7 minute drive) is beautiful! They also helped arrange my ride when I was leaving :) 10/10!

Very good value for money. Of course, there are some things that don't work properly or could use a renovation... but if you keep in mind the incredibly low price, you'll find that you actually get much more than you paid for. Beautiful garden, lovely pool with a very nice water temperature ( )not freezing cold like in other places) and contrary to what other reviews say: the water does have circulation and is clean. AC works great (sometimes a bit noisy), lots of very hot water in the shower and lovely cats and dogs around (other reviews mentioned aggressive street dogs, which is absolutely ridiculous. These dogs are just barking because strangers walk around, yet they are very lovely and do not bite at all). It is a very safe area, not dodgy or scary at night and very quiet because it is off the main road. There are lots of restaurants and minimarkets and also bigger supermarkets in walking distance. Didn't use the TV (who watches TV on vacation?). Shared kitchen has two large fridges, all the amenities one could need and everyone cleans up their own mess. Works fine. Housecleaning is only done if you put the "please clean my room" sign on the door handle (and please leave a tip on the bed). Comfortable and large bed, big bathroom and shower.

Free water, tea and coffee is the best! It was extremely convenient to not have to buy plastic water bottles and to be able to make a coffee in the morning as I wake up super early. And great to minimise plastic bottle waste. The location was fantastic - I could walk to a variety of local shops and food on really nice footpaths - don't be afraid to eat where the local people do, you will be amazed at how good and cheap the food is! Highly recommend Warung Bu Oki and also Cak Man for amazing wok fried fish. The staff will tell you where to go because they are exceedingly friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, the balcony convenient, and the kitchenette and bar fridge an absolute blessing as they allowed me to make snacks and keep some food. For a value hotel this place offers a lot. The rooms are designed really well. For example, the bathroom doesnt open off the room, its separated.

The breakfast was great, a good amount of choices and delicious. The Villa was perfect, clean, private, and very comfortable. The staff were happy and helpful. The pool and pool area clear clean and peaceful as well. Scooters were available for hire or they can arrange their driver. I chose the driver and he was also very happy and helpful. I look forward to hopefully going back next year but will stay longer, 10 days wasn’t long enough. Thank you
