The room is simply amazing. Very big and clean but the highlight is definitely the terrace. The view, especially in the evening is really beautiful. Also it is very close to the center and a lot of bars and Restaurants. The car we parked in the street of the room for free.

The garden is indeed an oasis of colors and perfumes in the middle of the hot Modican landscape. Plants chosen with care, perfectly maintained; beautiful ceramic details placed here and there in the garden, a new pool perfectly integrated in the landscape. Every morning we could enjoy a plate of fresh pastries and a plate of fresh fruits kindly offered by the owner. The owner was always very kind and providing a lot of useful guidance for our daily trips. Our second week of holidays spent in a resort on the beach fades by far in front of the wonderful week spent in this structure. Structure is very clean on the indoor and outdoor parts and completely children friendly.
