Everything! The owner, the location, the spacious rooms. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated. Giusy went out of her way to ensure that we were comfortable and prepared a wonderful breakfast each morning.

Concetta, the owner, is very nice. She made sure we have all we need and that everything is ok. The bed was very comfy, everything was clean and the location is very good. 10 minute walk from Ortigia Island , 5-6 minute walk from train or bus station, basically close to anything of interest. There are also shops and restaurants close. Concetta also sent us a list of recommendations for restaurants, caffes, etc and all that we tried from the list was very good, especially the place for arancini.

Absolutely fantastic location and great hosts! After reading some reviews about noise and breakfast, I have to say I am confused on why they were talking about! noise at night... we both fell asleep with no issues with the entire week and the breakfast was fantastic! friendly and substantial Would recommend to anyone visiting!

Hosts were very welcoming and offered lots of information about the city. The apartment itself was clean, roomy and comfortable for our two nights' stay. Plenty of free parking spaces in the neighborhood. There is an amazing pasticceria nearby will lots of breakfast options. Overall a very pleasant stay
