Estelle was extremely helpful when we arrived with an issue with our luggage. The personal attention she showed and lengths she went to honestly saved the end of our trip from becoming a disaster! Breakfast was sensational! The best we had on our trip to South Africa and up there with the best of all time. The room was very clean and nice and quiet. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

I'd like to express my gratitude to Lynne. She treated me like family, staying up late to welcome me and waking up early to ensure my departure went smoothly. She drove me to Cresta Mall to get my sim card, explained everything thoroughly, and was always willing to assist. The housekeeper also performed admirably. I honestly want to return.
