The staff was very friendly and the hotel is very flexible and accommodating for additional services required. And they were patient with us even though we had long business days and we needed to entertain some of our collegues. Definitely coming back, this is a hidden gem in Emalahleni.

There is a great view over the lake, it is calm and equipped with everything you need. Mary Anne is a great and lovely host, she cared for everything we needed and way more! For sure we will stay here again coming back in this region!
