We did meet the staff in the morning and they were very friendly. The signage is minimal. The hotel entrance is on the first floor of what appears to be an apartment building

The house is a 5 minute walk from the bus station and the McDonald’s. Also, the room has its own bathroom with shower, its own fridge and even it’s own kitchen with plates, a stove and a sink. The air conditioning was also a nice detail, apart from the queen sized bed. Great value for money.

The room was a nice size with a balcony. Nicely provisioned with coffee, drinks and toiletries.Fantastic location in the city. Able to walk every where. Marie our host was very informative and helpful when checking is in. Only thing to note is Zadar is a lively city at night and you can hear music outside. New windows helped with noise and did not bother us much. Most music ends around midnight. I would highly recommend this place.

The apartment house is well located, just a few steps (5 min) walk from the beach.
