Beautiful, quiet and very peaceful location close to Fludir. Really nice place, clean, large living room and kitchen. This was the coziest, most beautiful accommodation on our 1 week trip around Iceland. Thank you so much. We had good time here.

The accommodation has really convinced us 100% and we would book this again at any time. There is a lot of love in the furnishings, the equipment is exemplary and you could feel extraordinarily comfortable there. The highlight was of course watching the northern lights from the hot tub. We were lucky enough to see this natural spectacle on several days with cloudless skies. But also because of the sauna and the fireplace, the wellness and relaxation factor was very high after long day trips to visit the surrounding sights. Connection to the ring road is within about half an hour. For those who haven't planned their trip in advance, there is also a guest book available with all the important information, including instructions on how to use the great hot tub. All in all, we are thrilled and would recommend this accommodation to all rental car travelers who value that certain something, who want a good starting point for visiting the sights of the Golden Circle and the South Coast. Our excursion tip for those who want to enjoy nature a little off the tourist crowded paths: starting from the famous waterfall Skogafoss, you can climb the stairs and make a great hike along the river. It leads along many smaller, but no less beautiful waterfalls and ends at the imposing Skalabrekkufoss. Another highlight was the hike in Reykjadalur, a volcanically active high temperature area. Be sure to bring bathing suits, as there is a designated spot where you can swim in the river, which is fed by warm springs.

Wonderful place! House is very cosy, beautifully decorated and very comfortable, especially when staying in larger group. Huge kitchen, very well equipped, you will find anything you would need. Very nice hot tub, you can admire nothern lights while in a jacuzzi. Nice comfy beds. House is very clean. The owner is so nice, friendly and helpful. I will highly recommend it.

An amazing large, modern house with everything you could ever want. Very clean and everything you could possibly need was there - from condiments to extra towels. Silvia was a delightful host and made it very easy for us to enjoy both the house and the region.

Amazing experience. The cottage is nicely decorated and well equipped. I've especially loved the bathroom and the shower, which has a lot of pressure and a thermal water which left my skin very soft. The most incredible thing was the evenings in the hot pot with geothermal water (first evening under the snow while being in hot water... exactly the idea I had of Iceland). The cherry on the cake was the second night when I was lucky enough to see the Northern Lights from the bubble. The owner, Youri, had warned me that the air could be a little chilly in the bubble, indeed that was the case because it's winter, but with the warm duvet and heated mattress this was not a problem! Can't wait to come back!

This property has to be one of the best places I've ever stayed! We liked everything. The house was absolutely beautiful! Extremely clean, spacious house, really classy and high quality. So unique and an wonderful piece of heaven. Something you don’t find everyday. Location was perfect! We were so lucky to see the Northern Lights from the hot tub! Super friendly and helpful host. I highly recommend this host and any of their properties for an unforgettable and pleasant stay in Iceland!

Modern and beautiful villa with everything you need. Great kitchen with a lot of cooking tools, 3 coffee machines, oven, microwave and all other thing you need. Big and comfortable beds, warm hot tube that fix up to 8 people and has a great view on river. Big backyard, new BBQ facility, great location and very friendly staff.

Great Location, isolated but serene. Need a car/motorbike to reach here. Clean skies, and picturesque meadows/farmlands. Have a nice garden to the backyard with a Hot Tub. Well located to get to some amazing spots in the golden circle!
