the cottage was a basic build, very clean and comfortable, spacious for two people The location was perfect for visiting the aria. I would recommend this place to any one it is a no-frills holiday park with no entertainment complex to keep you awake.

The accommodation was lovely, very clean and had everything we needed. Bathroom was clean and shower was good! We didn't spend much time in there as was out with family in a different town however would recommend. Wifi available and plenty of outdoor space for the dog!

We ordered burgers for dinner and they were big and juicy, the tomatoes tasted so lovely as if grown organically. I had a similar meal at a chain restaurant same price and it was no where as nice as the one at Royal Inn. There was live entertainment during the night however it didn’t affect us sleeping as we could not hear it.

It’s just the right distance off the beaten track while still being reasonably central. Close to the Eden Project and large supermarket not too far away. Quaint little pastie cabin perched a little way up on the side of the road. Really great bathroom. Nice big room and comfortable beds. My son had the sofa bed, which he said was absolutely fine. It's spacious, has 3 bedrooms, comfortable, quiet, clean and complete with all the things that we need. We enjoyed using their amenities, Swimming pool, Spa, Sauna and steam bath. The staff were exceptionally friendly. The facilities were excellent including a swimming pool. There were Molton Brown toiletries in the shower room together with large, fluffy towels. Breakfast was a feast and I particularly enjoyed their homemade granola.
