The room and territory were very clean. Staff was very warm with us. Even the last day they helped us with our luggages, before going to airport and after or check out time they keeped our luggage in the hotel.)

The Balquisse was our first stop after jetting across the Pacific and we enjoyed the quiet beauty of the compound for two nights. The first day we were surprised by the long round about way it took to walk the busy streets to the beach ( maybe 10 or 15 minutes for us.) But then we discovered that it was without any problem to politely walk through the gated large hotel directly across the street to & from the beach. The word "Heritage" in the Baluisse name should give a hint that this place is different than most, and for us different in a beautiful and interesting way. The food is excellent and the rooms and grounds are lovely, but don't expect TV and all that many plugs to charge your devices. This hotel was built before all that mattered.

We loved the territory of this hotel: very cozy and pretty. And the pool is clean and refreshing. We also really liked the stuff: they were always friendly and I could talk to them anytime. I felt safe. Our room was very clean during the entire stay (7 days). Towels and bed were renewed everyday. Wifi worked well, water too, lightning as well. We also used the laundry service and it was amazing. All clothes clean and ironed. Highly recommended. I’m very grateful for this stay. The price/quality ratio is incredible.

We just loved our stay at Kirana Ungasan because it is a gem hidden and located off of the chaos and noise. It is very peaceful, quite and calm. The BEST part is its unique structure. It is nothing Hi-fi type but yet all the vibes of being at a hi-fi place! Worth every penny you ll spend! Definitely recommend it. Special shout out to the night shift employee mr.wayaan who was so helpful and informative in regards to offering whatever help/info i requested. Over all, all the staff was great but i dealt with him the most therefore he stole the show. Thank you #teamkirana ♥️
