This beachfront holiday park features a children’s play area, a hot tub, a games room, a convenience store and an internet kiosk. Loved our cottage! The location was awesome and private. So clean and comfortable, and the ocean view was great! Enjoyed walking the beach and picking shells. Check-in was easy and the manager was so friendly and welcoming!

Hot Water Beach TOP 10 Holiday Park is located 700 metres from Hot Water Beach, a popular surfing destination on the stunning Coromandel Peninsula. The property was spotless clean, the shared kitchen was MASSIVE with full facilities, and the roads were aptly named, gave us a chuckle!

We walked across the road to the rocky beach for sunset each evening, where you could hear a pin drop, very peaceful! This is a lodge that caters to campers as well as folks renting kitchenette rooms, like us. People come here for the fishing, and I heard it was very good. If we had stayed another day, it would have been fun to go out on a charter boat for a day of fishing. We went on excursions each day, one was to hike the Coromandel Coastal Walkway, just fantastic. There is no shortage of fun things to see and do here. You do have to bring groceries with you, as there is no restaurant nearby.

Was our favourite holiday park we stayed at on our 2 week trip in New Zealand. Amazing pool, amazing location, beautiful sunset. Clean showers, great kitchen, cold clean filter water system.

Located on the water's edge, Long Bay Motor Camp is situated 2km from Coromandel Town, 41 km from Whitianga. Thames is 54 km away. Free private parking is available on site. Location is extremely scenic with its own beach! Staff are so helpful and friendly. Everything was so organised, clean and well set up. Very impressed with the facilities. Well stocked shop on site.

You can walk to Cathedral Cove from Hahei Beach Resort, follow the beach and connect to the Cathedral Cove walkway (the walk takes about 1 hour each way). Fantastic trip. Access to the beach and the hiking trails couldn’t be better, only steps away.

Located opposite Estuary Beach, Harbourside Holiday Park offers an outdoor seasonal swimming pool, a children's playground and a BBQ area with picnic tables. Location, room was spacious for two, clean all round

Tasman Holiday Parks – Beachaven is a friendly holiday park set on four acres right by Waihi Beach. Explore the 9km long stretch of white sands, stunning views, great surf and fishing. The staff was incredibly helpful and polite. The cabin was impeccably clean and the hot tub is world class. Right next to the beach and full of friendly people. We will definitely be back.
