We stayed in the Lake View room and it was lovely, especially seeing the daily lives of those living around the lake. The room was clean and comfortable. Laundry services were available and the host did an amazing job with our clothes. The homestay is within walking distance to the Imperial City as well as a local market. Great food options in the area. Some of the best spots were in hidden alleys. The homestay is also near a great corner cafe, tasty bánh mì, and an excellent barber. The host for this homestay was so incredibly sweet! It was a joy to interact with her and her visitors. Yes, there is a language barrier, but I'm not sure where most of the reviewers think they are traveling to. You'd think they were going to the UK or Canada with how much English they expect everyone to speak. Folks, you're in Vietnam and there are plenty of translation apps!

The lady host was very friendly,.helpful and accommodating. Very knowledgeable, she gave us a lot of advice/suggestions. Bed was very comfy and area amazingly quiet even though the homestay is in the middle busy area of town. Great location.

The staff were so nice and willing to help in any way. The room itself was very clean and looks recently renovated and very nice. They had Netflix too which was cool! The breakfast was included but it was very simple. This is a more of a home stay so don’t expect hotel experience.
