Lots of the little things provided. Really well set up. Host was very helpful in providing advice for exploring the area. Only a short (<10min) walk in to the heart of town. Nice, clean and comfy bed.

Each of the bedrooms features a flat-screen TV and a bathroom with toiletries and a shower. Excellent location. Warm welcome by David and Christina. Room was lovely with lots of homey comforts. Everything was fresh and really clean. Breakfast was delicious on each of the three days we stayed. Fridge with complimentary bottles of water available in the breakfast room...which was very welcome during the recent heatwave! We are already looking forward to a return visit.

The 4-star bed and breakfast is only 3 miles from Bath, which is famous for The Roman Baths, The Royal Crescent, Bath Abbey and Pultney Bridge. The walking in shower was good to have. The bed was comfortable and the view was great. Very easy access to the bus service.

The property has city views and is 500 metres from The Circus Bath and 700 metres from Royal Crescent. Rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Room was spacious, clean and just like the photos; not shown in the photos was the absolutely lovely bathroom- the shower was divine! Great view looking out the window.
