Situated in Great Longstone, the recently renovated Counting Sheep features accommodation 8.5 km from Chatsworth House and 19 km from Buxton Opera House. The lovely personal touches(the sheep items)plus loved the themed halloween mugs..hamper was nice,plenty of hot drink choices and a big bottle of water which was great.Lovely little village,good pubs and walks.

Second stay here and cant fault it, Stacey Is a lovely host and it's only a 5 minute walk into Holmfirth. I'm sure we will be back for a third stay.

Offering quiet street views, Kingscroft is an accommodation situated in Buxton, less than 1 km from Buxton Opera House and 25 km from Chatsworth House. Vegetarian breakfast, lots of choice and HUGE portions (top tip, ask for small!). Loved our 4 poster bed, room was immaculate with lots of extras. Very quiet location.

Alan was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home, even offering me a lift to the station on my last day. The room is big and the view beautiful. The room is well stocked with teas, coffees, and even a little fridge. The bathroom is big too. Nothing to fault!

Stanton House Annex, a property with a garden, is situated in Bakewell, 18 km from Buxton Opera House, 34 km from FlyDSA Arena, as well as 42 km from Alton Towers. The location was great. The house was beautiful and the rooms were large and comfortable. The hosts are lovely and welcoming.
