Featuring a shared lounge and views of city, Quarzo. Modern Rooms is a recently renovated guest house located in Cagliari, 2.9 km from Spiaggia di Giorgino. The room was great! Very clean and bright, and a great location. We were walking distance to everything. Pasquale was a wonderful host and was very helpful in providing restaurant suggestions. It was nice to have access to a washing machine, that was definitely a big perk because we are on a long trip.

All the amenities were close by, everything functioned great (shower, AC, coffee machine)

The place is brand new and in a key position to discover the city center of Cagliari (15mins drive) and all the great beaches south of Cagliari (20-50 mins drive) from Poetto which is the closest to Villasimius which lies the furthest. If you come by car as we did this is the best accommodation you can get in Cagliari! Owner and his colleague Ana were very kind and always accessible.
