Great location, fabulous staff who was very helpful, rooms with aircon , place was spotless. There is little kitchen with fridgefreezer you can store food items or freeze water,there is also the use of microwave + toaster. They give you a discount voucher for cafe across the road, I highly recommend it, quite a feast to choose from, beach is walking distance , plenty of shops and eating places nearby. We were helped with parking at another place nearby for a small fee. Nothing is too much bother , service with a smile , I would stay here again..

Located in Międzyzdroje in the Wolin Island region, with Miedzyzdroje Beach and Miedzyzdroje Walk of Fame nearby, Pokoje U Mateusza provides accommodation with free private parking. The property features quiet street views and is 2.2 km from Plaża Świnoujście Warszów and 14 km from Świnoujście Railway Station. Swinoujscie lighthouse is 15 km from the homestay and Marina Wicko is 2.9 km away. The entire building was spotless, inside and out: newly decorated/refurbished and recently given a thorough clean. The terrace is huge and has both shade and sunshine throughout daylight hours. Nighttime was lovely too, especially when the stars were out. Being a penthouse, most noise from the street can't be heard. We arrived quite late in the evening and were delighted to discover that the beach and restaurants were closer to the apartment than we had originally thought (about 2 or 3 minutes on foot). Two enormous pizzas later, we were treated to a beautiful sunset on the beach before sauntering back to the flat for a very comfortable night's sleep. This apartment is absolutely ideal for a couple who wants a long weekend away. Any longer and you're going to need a kitchen, which this place doesn't offer. No meals are provided, but there is plenty of help-yourself coffee and tea, as well as a fridge and breakfast bar to sit at. There is a door-to-door bus service from the train station to the flat (number 10) but we got into a taxi that fortunately was right there waiting for us! It's a pretty easy walk too (about 25 minutes, if you know the way). Although we could barely speak a word of each other's languages, the host's friendly demeanour meant we felt very welcomed. It's amazing what you can understand with body language and situation alone!

Villa Richter was built in 1908 and is very attractive, situated at the quieter end of town but very close to the sea and boardwalk which takes you to the new but tasteful Wave Beach Resort where there is a bar and restaurant on the beach. We loved the elegance of Villa Richter and it was well worth paying a little extra to stay there: our room was spacious, light and tastefully decorated with tea and coffee facilities and ice on tap downstairs. You get your own deckchairs for the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were great - big choice of savoury and sweet dishes. We had a lovely walk in the Wolinski National Park nearby.
