Great location for exploring Gramado and beautiful hotel grounds (even has some resident bunnies and ducks!). I am not a tea person, but i definitely invite everyone to try their complimentary tea at the reception, it is amazing! For sure will come back whenever we are in Gramado!ErriejNetherlands

There was a nice sitting room upstairs which I didn’t discover until the second day plus a larger bathroom.

The breakfast and high tea hour were both excellent and provided more than enough options for our family, which was especially important since we were with our 11 month old son. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We had a really lovely stay and hope to come back!

Great place for a a family holiday, it entertained from 3 to 60y/o and left us all wanting more.
