I actually re-booked for an additional stay due to Hector's superior customer service skills - I felt listened and understood by the personnel. I also connected with Patricia. I saw her working at the Front Desk almost every day - she patiently answered all my questions. They say a place it's made by its people (employees). You are one of these, RESA. The hostel is 2 minutes by foot from the beach, perfect place to work remotely with plenty of plugs even on the rooftop! Beautiful view of the beach and the mountains around. The staff is super friendly and the kitchen has everything you need to cook. Everything was super clean (they were cleaning toilets, floor and the kitchen everyday multiple times a day).

Beautiful modern facilities in an old building and charming and friendly staff. Resembled more a 4-star hotel than a "hostel". The huge windows illuminated everything and reflected the energy of the whole city. The pictures on booking are extremely accurate.

It’s exactly what you want from a hostel, the staff were fun and friendly. The beds were really comfy and although there was many people in each dorm it felt very private because the beds had 3 surrounding walls and a curtain to pull over. It was also in such a central location. It was the first time I’ve ever done a solo trip and it was a great place to make friends as they have a little rooftop bar and daily events/ activities you can go on
